1. What the site is

MyTimeCardCalc provides free online calculators for work hours, overtime, salary conversion and paycheck estimation. The tools are provided for personal information and planning only.

2. Estimates only — not advice

Every result on this site is an estimate. The calculators are not payroll, tax, accounting or legal advice, and using them does not create any professional relationship. Tax and overtime rules change, individual circumstances vary (exemptions, union agreements, local ordinances, W-4 choices, benefits and deductions), and your actual pay is determined by your employer's payroll under the law that applies to you. Your employer's official record is what counts. If a figure matters — for a dispute, a filing or a financial decision — confirm it with your employer's payroll department, the US Department of Labor, the IRS, or a qualified professional.

3. Accuracy

We work hard to keep the rules and figures current (federal figures are checked against the IRS each year; state rules against state labor departments), but we do not guarantee that any result is complete, current or correct for your situation, and we are not liable for decisions made based on these estimates.

4. Acceptable use

You may use the calculators freely for personal or internal business estimation. You may not use automated tools to scrape, overload or disrupt the site, or misrepresent results from this site as official determinations.

5. Availability

The site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it at any time.

6. Intellectual property

The site's text, design and code belong to Lattice Digital unless otherwise stated. You may link to any page; please don't copy pages wholesale onto other sites.
